Fitness Log: 1/21/2014 Mini Circuit

This morning, I was short on time but still wanted to get a workout in.  Being short on time is no excuse to miss out some exercising.  So, I made my own mini circuit that was quick and effective.

I used 2 5-lb weights for the moves dumbbells. 

Do 3-5 times through

20 Jumping Jacks
20 Deadlifts 

It's not a killer workout, but it was better than laying around.  :)
